Applications are invited for filling up the following posts in National Heritage & Culture Division, Islamabad.

3. Upper Division Clerk (BS-11)

4. Lower Division Clerk (BS-09)

03 • Matric • Minimum typing speed of 30 w..p.m 18-30 years (including 05 years general relaxation) Punjab = 01 Punjab (Women) = 01 KPK = 01

5. Duplicating Machine Operator (DMO) (BS-04)

01 • Primary Pass (knowledge of operating duplicating machine will be preferred) 18-30 years (including 05 years general relaxation) On Local Basis

6. Naib Qasid (BS-01)

01 • Primary Pass 18-30 years (including 05 years general relaxation) On Local Basis

7. Farash (BS-01)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:-

  1. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview
  2. Five years general age relaxation has been included in the above-mentioned column of the age limit. Any other relaxation in the age limit will be given as per the Government of Pakistan rules.
  3. The application form can be downloaded from the website of the National Heritage & Culture Division, Islamabad (www.heritage.pakistan.gov.pk).
  4. Applicants already in Government service may apply through proper channel and would be required to produce NOC at the time of interview.
  5. A Candidate may apply for more than one post by submitting a separate application form for each post.
  6. Applicant shortlisted for interview shall present his/her original documents along with a set of attested copies of degrees/certificates issued by HEC/Recognized Board/Universities/ Institute.
  7. Information provided in the application form will be verified and in case of any false or forged information and fake or bogus documents, National Heritage & Culture Division reserves the right to cancel candidature at any stage (even after employment, if so discovered later) and to initiate legal action against the applicant.
  8. The National Heritage & Culture Division reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process in part or whole, without assigning any reason.
  9. No TA/DA will be admissible for the purpose of the test/interview.
  10. Applications along with a copy of CNIC and 2 latest passport size photographs on prescribed format shall reach to Section Officer (Admn), National Heritage & Culture Division, 4th Floor, Kohsar Block, Islamabad within fifteen (15) days from the date of advertisement. Application, incomplete or received after the expiry date, will not be entertained. Please do not attach any other documents with the application form.
