Applications are invited from dedicated and qualified professionals for the following positions: NAME OF POST WITH SPS AGE LIMIT MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

Registrar (SPS-12/13)

Age 45-55 Years, MBBS/BDS, or equivalent qualification recognized by PMDC with minimum level-II Post Graduate qualification. The persons having additional qualifications in Public Health, Medical Education, Hospital Management, or Business Management shall be given preference. Minimum 17 years of Experience in Government, Semi-Government or an Autonomous Organization. Persons having experience in Senior Managerial/ Administrative positions and having experience in Health-Related organizations/institutions would be preferred.

Secretary (SPS-12)

Age 40-55 Years, MBBS/BDS, or equivalent qualification recognized by PMDC with minimum level-II Post Graduate qualification. The persons having an additional qualification in Public Health, Medical Education, Hospital Management, or Business Management shall be given preference. Minimum 17 years of Experience in Government, Semi-Government or an Autonomous Organization. Persons having experience in Senior Managerial/ Administrative positions and having experience in Health-Related organizations/institutions would be preferred.

  • The terms of office of the Registrar and Secretary shall be for fixed terms of three years, which may be renewed by the Council for one more term of three years subject to satisfactory performance as Registrar & Secretary. The President in consultation with the Council may terminate the appointment of the Registrar / Secretary on the ground of inefficiency or misconduct in accordance with the prescribed procedure.
  • The applicant should be a citizen of Pakistan.
  • The application should be sent along with two photographs, one set of attested photocopy of relevant documents in a sealed envelope with brief C.V.
  • Applicant currently in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous Body should apply through proper channel. Regular Service of a PM&DC employee shall remain intact.
  • Only shortlisted candidate will be called for interview and no TA/DA shall be admissible.
  • Please clearly mention the name of Post on the right top of the envelope.
  • The last date of submission of application is 15 days of appearing in this advertisement.
  • The decision of call and appointment made by the authority shall be final and non questionable.
