Situation Vacant

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police invites applications for the post of Junior Clerk (BPS-11) through ETEA. The Online Application acceptance process shall be starting from 13th to 31st August 2020. After the due date, no application shall be accepted.

Terms and Conditions.

  • Qualification: At least Matric from recognized Board.
  • Age: 18 – 30 Years
  • Typing Speed: 30 Words per minute in English
  • Computer Literate shall be able to use MS Office.
  • Domicile: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (including newly merged districts)
  • 10% Quota for Female Candidates.
  • 3% Quota for Minority Candidates.
  • 2% Quota for Disabled Candidates.

How to Apply

  • Suitable candidates shall be called for the Entry Test and Typing  Tests by the ETEA in Centers Peshawar, Mardan, Kohat, Bannu, DI Khan, Swat, Abbottabad.
  • Online application shall start receiving from 13th to 31st  August 2020.
  • After successfully apply download Challan Form and deposit Rs. 500 in any branch of UBL, and keep secure the original deposit slip. Without deposit slip copy no one shall be allowed to enter the exam hall.
  • Submit Documents when you are told by the ETEA or concerned department.
  • Age relaxation shall be according to Government policy.
  • Competent Authority has the right to reject an application and can increase or decrease the no of posts.
  • Only shortlisted candidates shall be called for test interview.
  • No TA/DA for test interview.
  • Candidates shall be informed through SMS about Roll Number issuing. Test date and Center information will be available on Roll Number Slip.
  • Mobile Phones are not allowed at the Exam Center.
  • Data Entry Mistakes shall be the candidate’s own responsibility and can be candidature can be canceled in-case of fake information.
  • Recommended Candidates can be posted at any Police Unit/District.
  •  Fee Rs. 500/-
  • The last date to apply 31st August 2020.
