Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), engaged in promoting and developing the game of cricket in Pakistan and maintaining general control of the game, is seeking a dynamic individual creative leadership, strategic, analytical & managerial skills for the following position:

Head Coach, Pakistan Women Cricket Team

  • The job requires the provision of professional services to Pakistan Cricket Team at International commitments.
  • Responsible for developing a competitive Pakistan Women’s Cricket team delivering sustain. success. in all conditions and formats, inspiring current and future generations of players and supporters with their approach to the game.
  • Head Coach be responsible for Game planning/strategies, Pre/post Tournament preparation/evaluation, Performance enhancing / Improved international ranking, and Improved fitness standards
  • Head Coach will lead a team of specialist coaches and support staff, define their roles, and maintaining their performance and ongoing development.
  • Head Coach will be responsible for reviewing, maintaining, and enforcing the required code of conduct and ethics throughout the team and support staff.

Requirements

  • Minimum Level II Cricket Coaching Accreditation or International equivalent.
  • At least (3) years working experience in a similar cricketing role with male or female cricketers in an elite environment at the International level.
  • Test / International Cricketers would be preferred, however, first-class cricketers having more than 10 years’ experience may also apply
  • Significant experience of coaching cricket to young and adult female cricketers, ideally in a range of environments including state/province/county/regional squads, national youth and senior level will be preferred.
  • Strong planning, organizing, and executing capabilities.
  • Highly competent in planning team / individual skills enhancement strategies.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Proven ability to effectively work with a wide range of individuals from varied backgrounds.
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite)
