STAFF REQUIRED

A USAID funded Public Sector Program, requires highly motivated and efficient individuals (Male / Female), domiciled in Sindh, for the following positions for its Program Management Unit at Karachi & Program Support Unit in North Sindh on a purely contract basis, initially for a period of one year:

Director (M&E) Equal to (BPS-19)

MBA/MPA, Masters degree in Economics/Demography/Statistics/Public Health from a reputed foreign/local university recognized by the HEC.

Ten years or more experience of working in the development sector with at least five years’ experience of working in M&E capacity at the senior level. M&E experience in the urban development context will be preferred. Age: 50 Years Max) However, age may be relaxed in an exceptional/experienced case.

Deputy Director (M&E) Equal to (BPS-18)

MBA/MPA/Master Degree in Economics, Demography, Statistics, Public Health, or related field from a reputed foreign/local University recognized by the HEC. Degrees/Courses in Monitoring & Evaluation, Business, Organizational Studies, Information would be plus,

Minimum 7 years’ experience of working in the development sector/ urban development with donor agencies.Thorough working knowledge of reporting requirements and M&E framework. Experience with database development and management will be a plus. Experience using project management, mapping, and statistical analysis software will be a plus. Age: 45 years (Max) However, age may be relaxed in an exceptional/experienced case.

Procurement Specialist Equal to (BPS-18)

MBA Finance/Accounting, ACCA, ACMA, or CA Intermediate with at least a 4-year articleship with a reputed Chartered Accountant Firm.

Minimum 07 years of Finance, Procurement, and material Management Experience with at least 05 years post qualification experience. Relevant experience in USAID/Donor funded programs will be given preference. Knowledge of Sindh PPRA rules and regulations will be preferred. Certified from SPPRA. Age: 45 years Maximum

Assistant Executive Engineer PSU Jcb Equal to (BPS-17)

B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized international/local university. Registered with PEC.

Minimum of 03 years in a reputable organization in the relevant field. Age: 35 Years.

Assistant Director (Reform) Equal to (BPS-17)

Master’s Degree in any field of Social Sciences from any HEC recognized university; preferably in Public Policy/ Public Administration.

Minimum 3 years’ experience of similar nature in any reputable organization. Experience of working with the Public Sector shall be preferred. Experience of working in a donor-funded capacity building program shall be preferred, Age: 40 Years (Max), however, age may be relaxed in an exceptional case.

Assistant Director (Monitoring) Equal to (BPS-17)

MBA/MPA/BE or Master’s Degree in Economics, Demography, Statistics, Public Health or Social Science from a reputed foreign/ local University recognized by the HEC.

Minimum 05 years experience with 03 years coordinating experience of working in M&E capacity, experience in urban development context will be preferred. Age: 40 Years (Max), however, age may be relaxed in exceptional cases.

Assistant Director Database Equal to (BPS-17)

A post-graduate degree in Computer Science, Database Engineering, MBA, MIS from any NEC. recognized university. Certification in the latest technologies Including Microsoft certification in network management and experience with ICT will be preferred. Possesses advanced level command
of network servers, email servers, Microsoft Office, project management software, databases, and a host of utility software.

Minimum 05 years’ experience of similar nature in any reputable organization Age: 40 Years (Max), however, age may be relaxed in exceptional cases.

Assistant Director (Compliance) Equal to (BPS-17)

MBA/MPA/ Master’s in Economics or equivalent in relevant field from reputed foreign/local University recognized by HEC.

Minimum 03 years or more experience in public & private sector at the same position. Experience of working in donor-funded program shall be preferred. Age: 40 Years

Stenographer/PA Equal to (BPS-16)

Graduate at least 2nd Division from a recognized University. Certificate of shorthand and typing from an institute recognized by the Board of Technical Education (BTES) Speed of 80 words per minute in shorthand and 40 words per minute in typing in English. Must be Computer literate and experience of MS Office.

Minimum 03 years’ experience of similar nature in any reputable organization Age: 30 Years (Max)

Sub-Engineer (Civil) Equal to (BPS-11)

Diploma in Civil Technology from Sindh Board of Technical Education.

Minimum 05 years or more work experience in any reputable organization Age: 35 Years (Max)

Sub-Engineer (E&M) Equal to (BPS-11)

Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Technology from Sindh Board of Technical Education.

Minimum 05 years or more experience in any reputable organization Age: 35 Years (Max)

Computer Operator Equal to (BPS-14)

Intermediate / Diploma in IT. Hands-on experience of Computer Software / Hardware / Networking / Internet etc.

Minimum 03 years experience in any reputable organization. Age: 30 Years (Max)

Office Clerk Equal to (BPS-07)

Intermediate must have knowledge of Basic Computer Software (Word, Excel & Powerpoint).

Minimum 03 years experience in any reputable organization would be preferred. Age: 30 Years (Max)

Driver Equal to (BPS-04)

Matric + Valid Driving License

Minimum 02 years experience of driving in a reputable organization. Age: 30 Years (Max)

Dispatch Rider Equal to (BPS-02)

Matric with valid Motor Cycle Driving License.

Minimum 02 years experience .
Age: 35 Years (Max)

Office Boy Equal to (BPS-01)

Middle
Age: 30 Years (Max)

Sanitary Worker Equal to (BPS-01)

Age: 35 Years (Max)

Security Guard Equal to (BSP-01)

Primary & Preferably Ex-Serviceman with Licensed Weapon.
Minimum 02 years’ experience Age: 35 Years (Max)
