CAREER OPPORTUNITIES
Chief Energy and Technical Officer — 1 Position
Required Qualification, Experience, and Skills: • Must have a Bachelors’s degree (16 years of education) in a related engineering discipline from a recognized university. A Masters’s degree will be preferred. • Must be having relevant work experience of 14-15 years out of which at least 7 years must be in a senior managerial and strategic role. Any additional experience will be considered an advantage. • Strong understanding of strategic project planning as per requirements of infrastructure projects and cash flow requirements. International/national experience in developing infrastructure regarding roads, sewerage, water supply planning, treatment plant, firefighting system, and health & safety. • Experience in developing residential colonies and must have the ability to handle complex engineering issues. • Wide experience in overseeing all site civil engineers and coordination with architects, consultants, and construction contractors. • Must be able to plan and utilize operational expenses of the project to provide company strategic mix and phase-wise completion of projects. • Must be able to plan the provision of key utilities like electricity and gas and their distribution within the Infrastructure project. • Must be able to liaise and effectively communicate with key utility provision companies pertaining to electricity and gas. • Broad knowledge of Primavera, MS Project Planning, AutoCAD, and other relevant software. • Ability to lead and drive the project team. • Strong technical report writing and communication skills. Fluency in spoken English is necessary. • The maximum age of the applicant should not exceed 57 years.
Managers — 3 Positions
Required Qualification, Experience, and Skills: Must have a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, B.Sc Engineering, or allied disciplines from a reputed and accredited institution. • Demonstrated experience in business development, marketing, networking, and public-private partnership. • Demonstrated experience in donor coordination and attracting joint venture. • Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills. • Familiarity and skilled with the tools of trade-in marketing including PR, written communication, website development, market research, and creative services. Strong leadership and presentation skills. Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful commercialization strategies. Demonstrated ability to increase productivity and continuously improve methods, approaches, and departmental contribution. Commitment to continuous learning. Demonstrated effectiveness in dealing and negotiating with clients. Demonstrated ability to see the big picture and provide useful advice and input across the Company. Well-developed computer skills in the use of MS Office packages. Must be having 10 years of relevant experience with well-reputed organizations.
Manager Security and Safety —1 Position
Required Qualification, Experience, and Skills: Must have a graduate degree (16 years of education) from a reputed and accredited institution. Must be having 10 years of relevant experience with well-reputed organizations. Experience of using relevant technology and equipment (e.g. CCTV). Experience in reporting and emergency response planning. Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Well versed with strong interpersonal skills. • Strong leadership and presentation skills. Well-developed computer skills in the use of MS Office packages.
Receptionist — 1 Position
Required Qualification, Experience, and Skills: Must have a graduate degree (16 years of education) from a reputed and accredited institution. Must be having 2 years of relevant experience with well-reputed organizations. Exceptional customer service skills. Professional phone manners. Ability to create an organized filing system. Working knowledge of marketing terminologies and practices. Ability to carry out detailed written and verbal instructions. Highly organized multitasker, who works well in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills. Written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in languages (English, Urdu, and Pashto). Willingness to learn and to grow with the Company.
