INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANCY SERVICES

Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) intends to hire individual consultancy services against the following positions
under National Social Protection Programme (NSPP) funded by World Bank;
Sr. Position No. Required Qualilicafion & Experience

I. Enrolment & Monitoring Specialist Qualification: At least 16 years of education with a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Development Planning or equivalent. (Waseelae-Ta(eem) (0( Position) Experience: Field Experience of at least 5 years in public and/or private sector with national/ international organization(s) demonstrating evidence of achieving remit. and graduation to responsible positions. Should have excellent command on MS office and working knowledge on Ms Project, Primavera etc.

2. Contract Management Specialist Qualification: Al least 16 years of education with a degree in Business/Mlle Administration, Law (with specialization in Contract law), Project Management . (0( Position) related field from reputable local or foreign institution. PMP cerfifiotion would be a plus. Experience: Should have minimum five (05) years of professional experience in drafting and managing contract agreements in the public development and/or corporate sectors. Should have significant experience in handling legal/contractual matters of public/donor funded projectsinvolving drafting contract agreements, contract management, system commis & feedback. Familiarity with Government structure, operations and procedure.

3. System Engineer (01 Position) Qualification: As a ninimum, (6 years of education and a Bechelor’s degree in Computer Sciences CS, (4 years), Engineering or a related field. Experien.: At least 4+ year’s relevant working experience as Systems Engineer on enterprise level projects in organizations preferably CMMI certified. Installing, corolguring and troubleshooting UNIX /Linux based environments. Solid scri.ing skills (e.g., shell scripts, Perl, Ruby, P35 boo).

4. NSER Compliance and Payment Coordinator Qualification: A bachelor’s degree from a university in finan., accounting, audit, or commerce or a related field form HEC recognized university. (01 Position) Experience: At least three (03)year’s experience in relevant field. Relevant demonstrated experience in finance and administration including bookkeeping, financial analysis and preparation of financial reports. Sound knowledge of Management Information Systems (MIS), and IT.

5. Operations Coordinator (01 Position) QualificatIon:At least Master’s degree in Business Administration Public Administration or any relevant field from HEC recognized Institute/University. Experience: Minimum four (04) years of relevant experience in the development sector with direct involvement in large-sole operations and management. Sound knowledge of Management Information Systems (MIS), and IT.

6. Data Scientist (I Position) Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences or a related field from HEC recognized Institute/University. Experience:At least four (04) years’ experience of working as Database Analyst/Scientist in large software projects, in Government organizations, preferably related to social welfare/poverty alleviation .Knowledge and experience on software development environments and languages, relational databases, TOAD, SQL Server, Oracle.

7. Data Management Specialist Qualification: A University Degree in the field Management Sciences, Business Administration Public Administration, or any relevant field from NEC recognized (01 Position) Institute/University. Experience: Required overall 10-15 years of relevant experience with minimum 07 years of experience in the large international . national level organization with dir.t involvement in large-scale operations and management, demonstrating evidence of achieving results. Familiar with concepts of operations and project management and project cycle management.
