Our client, Pakistan’s leading Exploration and Production (E&P) company based in Islamabad, is looking to hire a qualified individual for the following role:

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR (SERVICES)

Responsibilities:

• Create strategic initiatives that reinforce the organization’s supply chain strategic direction, support the organization’s business objectives, and drive a culture of continuous improvement and cost-reduction efforts. • Collaborate with senior management peers to create an Integrated Supply Chain strategy and best practices related to all functional areas and that align with business strategy; develop a long-term roadmap, strategy, design, and approach for Supply Chain. • Ensure a high level of professional and efficient service, handle legal aspects of contracts, and follow Public Procurement Rules and Procedures (PPRA) to maintain transparency. • Conduct material based assessments to initiate timely procurement from overseas and local suppliers. • Establish and manage cross-functional and cross-business unit teams to design and implement end-to-end supply chain capabilities and strategies based on business plans and objectives. • Devise internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and create awareness about supply chain policies, processes, and systems.

Experience:

• 18 years progressively responsible, professional post qualification experience in the Oil & Gas Industry (article ship period included for CA), including at least 07 years of experience in a senior management position(s) preferably in Supply Chain Management. • Candidates must have a track record of leading successful supply chain portfolios and leading large teams. Knowledge and experience of HSEQ standards, CSR would be an added advantage.

Qualification / Other Requirement:

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management, or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or Chartered Accountant (CA). • Age: Must not exceed 55 years.
